Quick home cleaning tips not enough for you? We’ve got you covered, here’s how you can deep clean your home:
Clean Your Bed
Assuming you have already washed your sheets and pillow covers, make sure to clean your bed. If you have a steamer, steam your bed. You can also lightly brush it with a detergent powder to clean them.
Scrub
Usually, when we’re cleaning, we just wipe or dust off our furniture. When you’re deep cleaning, you can scrub your furniture with minimal soap or liquid detergent. You can scrub your cupboards, sinks, and a lot more. You’ll be surprised at how a thorough scrubbing can make your cupboards, sinks, floorings look new.
Blinds
Blinds are one of the most common pieces that we overlook. Usually, we’d just dust them off and let it be. What we don’t notice is that dust builds up in between them, so make sure to clean the dust in between your blinds.
Dust and Vacuum
Dust and vacuum hard-to-reach areas – ledges, light fixtures, top/bottom of cabinets, behind the fridge, and under the bed. These areas need to be cleaned as well. Over time, these areas tend to accumulate dirt and dust.

Vent Covers/Air Conditioning Unit
Take out HVAC covers and wash them with soapy water (make sure they are turned off before doing so). If you have an air conditioning unit, check out and clean the filters. If you are unsure about it, you can call a professional to do it. It may cost you a bit, but it will help you maintain the integrity of your cooling system and actually save you money in the long run.
