Icelandic Glacial Sparkling Water Cocktails

Autumn Sunrise (Marta glass) 

This cold and fruitful cocktail matches the Autumn leaves while teasing the changing season to come

Ingredients

• 2 oz fresh squeezed orange juice
• 1 oz grenadine
• 2 oz Vodka
• Icelandic Glacial Sparkling Sicilian Lemon
• 1 lemon slice

Instructions

In tumbler glass filled with ice pour in orange juice followed by grenadine and vodka. Top with Icelandic Glacial Sparkling Sicilian Lemon. Garnish with lemon slice.

The Nazomer (Coupe glass) 

Extend the Summer a little longer with this refreshing but hearty cocktail

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• Juice of one Lemon
• ¾ oz of Creme de Violette
• 3-4 slices of cucumber
• Icelandic Glacial Sparkling Elderflower

Instruction

Muddle cucumber and lemon juice in the bottom of cocktail shaker. Add Gin, 1 oz Icelandic Glacial Sparkling Elderflower, and Creme de Violette and shake with ice. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with edible flowers
